Choosing the Right 7ft Bar
The right bar depends on the training it will be used for. Multi-purpose bars suit general gym use, powerlifting bars are stiffer with more aggressive knurling, and weightlifting bars have more whip and smoothly rotating sleeves for the snatch and clean and jerk. Also compare the maximum loading capacity, knurling, sleeve rotation (bushings or bearings) and finish, such as chrome, black oxide, zinc or cerakote.
