Refund policy

Website 30 Day Return Guarantee

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you simply change your mind about the purchase or decided the item was no longer suitable, then you will be responsible for the return postage. The refund will also be less any actual, delivery and / or assembly charges incurred by us, in getting the product delivered to you originally. If you're unsure of how much your refund will be, please ask prior to shipping the item and we'll be happy to confirm the refund balance for you.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. Overall this process is usually much quicker, but if you have any queries regarding a return of your order please contact the sales team and we'll be happy to help.

If you need to return an item, please notify the sales team by phone or email to sales@ukgymequipment.com , please state return and the order number in the subject of the email.

Some special-order items (e.g. manufactured to order only, custom colours or imported especially for a specific customer) do not qualify for the 30 Day Return option. Should this be the case, you will be advised of this prior to shipment.

Please note that any free of charge items received when purchasing the returned product(s) must also be returned or paid for in full. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from UK Gym Equipment Ltd.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this website for a full refund prior to dispatch. This does not apply to items made to your specification or customised in any way.
