HD SPARC Commercial HIIT Performance Trainer

The HD SPARC is the ultimate performance trainer for explosiveness and power with no impact stress on the knees or joints. It requires a high-knee and glute driving force which is ideal for developing maximum force and sprint speed.

Features:

Biomechanical Refined: The HD SPARC engages the glutes and hamstrings to create downward-driving force. This translates to acceleration, speed, and explosive training. 10 resistance levels allow alternate workouts to emphasis speed or power intervals.

Measure. Improve. Repeat: Key performance metrics are measured on the Hammer Strength HD SPARC console in live time. Critical measurements like time, distance, SPM, wattage and level can efficiently summarize your athlete’s performance.

Configure Your Space: The HD SPARC can be moved with integrated wheels that allow for quick changes to your floor and added variety in your programming. This ease of transportation gives you the ability to adapt to a wide variety of different facility configurations.
