A great technique plate to learn explosive movements like the clean, snatch and deadlift. Excellent weightlifting plates for beginners, to practice lifting technique before upping their weights.

- Lightweight technique plate that’s incredibly strong and durable thanks to the nylon and plastic construction.
- Use with an Olympic platform.
- International Weightlifting Foundation standard diameter of 450mm.
- Diameter of inner diameter hole is 50.4mm.
- Available as individual 2.5kg and 5kg discs
