The Life Fitness IC3 Indoor Cycle Powered by ICG combines top-tier design and advanced tech for a high-performance cycling setup. With its WattRate® LCD computer, you can track your power and performance in real time, helping you stay focused and improve each ride. The magnetic resistance dial allows easy, precise control over intensity, while the ergonomic design offers a stable, comfortable setup that supports every position—from sprints to long-distance sessions. Made for those who value quality and performance, the IC3 takes your indoor cycling routine to the next level.

Features:

Real-Time Tracking With Wattrate® LCD Display: The Life Fitness IC3’s WattRate® LCD display shows everything you need—watts, heart rate, RPM, workout time, and resistance—all in real time. Its backlit screen keeps your stats easy to see, and the LED Coach By Colour® light above the display gives clear colour cues to help you stay in the right intensity zone. The tactile buttons make quick adjustments simple, and with Bluetooth® and ANT+, you can connect to the ICG® app or other apps to track your data as you ride.

ICG® App Integration: With Bluetooth® and ANT+, the IC3 connects to the ICG® app, offering 150+ workouts created by fitness experts, including rides customised with Coach By Colour® to match your heart rate and power zones. You can track every session and share your progress on social media. The app’s Premium upgrade unlocks extra features like instructor-led rides, 130+ music-driven workouts, and scenic routes, with options to set your own goals and view heart rate and power data in real time.

Smooth Resistance Control: The Life Fitness IC3 makes changing intensity easy and precise. Just turn the dial below the handlebars to increase or decrease resistance smoothly. The magnetic system is quiet and doesn’t need maintenance, so it’s perfect for any setting, whether at home or in the gym.

Sturdy, Comfortable Handlebars: The IC3’s vertical handlebars give you the stability you need for intense sprints and the comfort for longer rides. Their ergonomic design takes the strain off your arms, back, and shoulders, helping you stay balanced and comfortable. With a soft PVC coating, you’ll have a secure grip, even during fast-paced sessions.

Quiet, Low-Maintenance Belt Drive: The IC3’s Poly-V belt drive provides a smooth, quiet ride with a 1:8 gear ratio built to handle intense workouts. Unlike chains, this belt drive requires almost no upkeep, ensuring reliable performance session after session.

Comfortable Saddle With Pressure Relief: The Life Fitness IC3 Indoor Cycle has a unisex saddle with an open-centre cutout to reduce pressure on long rides. It adjusts horizontally and vertically, so you can find the most comfortable fit for your workout.

The IC5 combines innovative design with precision engineering and high-quality mechanical components. Thanks to the WattRate® LCD computer, IC5 features performance displayed in watts.

Features:

Wattrate® Power Meter: Displays a precise measurement of the user’s effort in watts. This precision is achieved by a positioning sensor that measures the resistance applied to the magnetic brake system.

Wattrate® LCD Computer: Integrated LCD includes an on-demand backlight function. Five touch sensor buttons ensure fast and intuitive operation. An LED indicator above the screen gives exercisers the option to apply Coach By Color.

Magnetic Resistance Lever: Service-free technology provides a substantial resistance range. Vertical lever provides tactile feedback and allows for quick adjustment. Located beneath the handlebar, the lever is easy to reach from all riding positions.

Poly-V Belt Drivetrain: Belt requires limited maintenance, improves pedaling technique, permits less momentum-based recovery, makes the rider work efficiently and operates quietly.

155mm Q Factor: Q Factor, the distance between an exerciser’s feet when they sit on the bike and pedal, of 155mm makes the IC5 comfortable and feel more like a real road bike. The result is added comfort and pedal stroke efficiency.

Easy Adjustments: Four-way adjustments (saddle height, saddle fore/aft, handlebar height, handlebar fore/aft) ensure a finely-tuned fit for all riders. Handlebar integrated user-assist technology makes adjustments smooth and easy.

The IC6 Indoor Cycle utilizes a powerful full-color WattRate® TFT computer, self-powered by the bike’s generator, to provide the meaningful connection of exercisers to their workout. This interaction includes data exchange between devices and the Coach By Color® intensity guide.

Features:

Self-Powered Generator: No batteries required. The IC6 indoor cycle has a compact generator at the flywheel that captures energy provided by the user to recharge an integrated lithium polymer battery.

Wattrate® Power Meter: Displays a precise measurement of the user’s effort in watts. This precision is achieved by a positioning sensor that measures the resistance applied to the magnetic brake system.

Wattrate® TFT Computer: A bright, self-powered, integrated TFT screen and a front LED. This patented feature displays training intensity for both the exerciser on the IC6 and the trainer running the class. Connects training data to external devices via Bluetooth and ANT+.

155mm Q Factor: Q Factor, the distance between an exerciser’s feet when they sit on the bike and pedal, of 155mm makes the IC6 comfortable and feel more like a real road bike. The result is added comfort and pedal stroke efficiency.
