Can also be used as an aerobic step, for mini box jumps and as a balance pad, to widen your exercise potential.

Specially selected two layer foam construction, with 50mm of premium EVA foam.
The thick EVA foam top layer has an unbeatable compression-recovery characteristic, with the bottom layer at double the thickness and made from a dense sponge, is designed to absorb the noise and vibrations from your lifts..
Fixed handles and a shower resistant cover let you move your workout where you like.
