1 Year Home Use Warranty

All of our refurbished CV machines come complete with an initial 3 month warranty period. However, if you would prefer some added peace of mind then we also offer this 1 year extended warranty period.

This warranty covers any service call-outs, labour time spent on site and parts (*exclusions apply). This warranty is available to purchase alongside any of our refurbished Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Bikes, Rowers, Steppers or Climbers. The warranty only covers one machine so if you'd like to cover multiple machines, please add one warranty to your basket for each machine.

This warranty is available to customers in England and Wales mainland only. If you are purchasing a machine outside of this area and would like to purchase an extended warranty, please contact the sales team for a personalised quote.

Please note, this warranty is available for machines that will be placed into home / private use only. Please see the '1 Year Commercial Warranty' for all commercial settings.

*Standard consumable parts are not included in this warranty package and would only be covered for the first 3 months under the standard warranty. Some examples of consumable parts are treadmill running belts, bike pedals and any emergency stop buttons.
