This listing is for a Repair Service. The price is based on you sending us your existing damaged Precor P80 console, we will replace any faulty components and return it complete with a 12 month warranty.
Fitting service is available, please enquire for a cost.
This service applies to P80 consoles fitted on any machine in the range TRM 885, EFX 885, AMT 885, UBK 885, RBK 885 etc.

All delivery and installation charges are based on total order value.
All courier delivery charges (boxed and assembled) cover delivery to England / Wales Mainland and Southern Scotland locations only. If you are outside of this area please see 'Scottish Highlands, Islands, EU & The Rest of the World' below.
The full installation charges covers England / Wales mainland only. We will always try to honour the same installation pricing for Southern Scotland wherever possible but please get in touch to double check before placing an order.

Kerbside Courier Delivery (Boxed) will be a kerbside courier drop only (unless otherwise stated), the courier will not be able to enter your property and you will be responsible for moving, relocating and installing the goods.
Most new items are delivered flat packed and will require some assembly (where applicable).

Kerbside Courier Delivery (Assembled) will be a kerbside courier drop only (unless otherwise stated), the items will be fully assembled but this is still a kerbside delivery option, the courier will not be able to enter your property and you will be responsible for moving, relocating and installing the goods.
Most used / refurbished items will be delivered fully assembled, these items can be large, heavy, and difficult to move without some disassembly or specialist moving equipment. Please consider how you will handle your delivery once it arrives as the courier will be not be able to assist you with getting any items into your property.
As used / refurbished equipment cannot be broken down or boxed, any customer ordering these items that selects the 'Kerbside Courier Delivery (Boxed)' service will be upgraded to the 'Kerbside Courier Delivery (Assembled)' service free of charge.

Certain items which have exceptional installation requirements are excluded from the standard pricing matrix above and will display the correct rate in the basket at checkout.
UK Gym Equipment Ltd. full delivery & installation service, with this service, our highly trained and fully insured engineers will install your order into a designated space. All of the items will be checked once they have been installed to ensure that they are ready to use.
The prices above cover ground floor (including garden / out-buildings) or first floor installation only, we expect to encounter stairs, single doors, steps and other restrictions within this price. However, if you are concerned that an item may not fit into your intended space, if there are any unusual restrictions or hazards that may affect our ability to install the items for you, please get in touch prior to placing your order as this may incur an additional surcharge.
Prior to any installations, you may be required to fill in a site survey document containing all the information relating to the delivery. Photos may also be required of the route the installation team will need to take to install the equipment.
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, UK Gym Equipment Ltd or any couriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles and access to the property. This includes but is not limited to: steps (including those that require climbing to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging / low trees / shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. UK Gym Equipment Ltd will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non / failed / refused delivery of any item where the couriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. If the item is refused / cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all courier charges.

Unfortuantely, we are no longer able to process Northern Ireland orders via the website due to the additional shipping and customs charges that now apply. The order process for Northern Ireland customers can now be found in the section below.
All of the delivery information above relates to England / Wales Mainland and Southern Scotland locations only. We can ship worldwide but if you do require shipping to another destination, please contact the sales team prior to placing an order for a quote. If you are in Scotland and you're not sure if your area is covered, please get in touch prior to placing your order and we'll confirm the availability & cost for you. We try to be as flexible & supportive as possible for Highlands & Islands addresses but unfortunately deliveries to these locations do tend to incur extra costs.
All refurbished items are prepared to order. This process can take up to 10 working days before the item is dispatched using your selected delivery method. You will receive an estimated delivery date within 48 hours of placing your order. If you would like to confirm the delivery date before you order, please can the Sales Team and we'll be happy to confirm the current lead-times.
You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you simply change your mind about the purchase or decided the item was no longer suitable, then you will be responsible for the return postage. The refund will also be less any actual, delivery and/or assembly charges incurred by us, in getting the product delivered to you originally. If you're unsure of how much your refund will be, please ask prior to shipping the item and we'll be happy to confirm the refund balance for you.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. Overall this process is usually much quicker, but if you have any queries regarding a return of your order please contact the sales team and we'll be happy to help.
If you need to return an item, please notify the sales team by phone or email to email@example.com , please state Return and the order number in the subject of the email.
Some special-order items (e.g. manufactured to order only, custom colours or imported especially for a specific customer) do not qualify for the 28 Day Return option. Should this be the case, you will be advised of this prior to shipment.
Please note that any free of charge items received when purchasing the returned product(s) must also be returned or paid for in full. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from UK Gym Equipment Ltd.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this website for a full refund prior to dispatch. This does not apply to items made to your specification or customised in any way.
