Frame Construction: All Pulse Fitness products are constructed from durable steel that is designed to give exceptional structural integrity and stability even during the most vigorous workout.
Frame Protection: Once welded, the frames are treated against corrosion by being grit blasted (for guaranteed durability). They are furnace baked, heat-cured and electrostatically epoxy powder-coated twice, which ensures maximum adhesion and coating thickness. This gives them a tough, corrosive-resistant and easy to clean finish, offering unbeatable reliability and longevity.
Magnetic Weight Stack Pins: The pins provide positive locking into the weight plates and are secured to the weight stack via a plastic-coated tether cable. The pins cannot be removed from the machines.
Weight Plates: The cast and machined solid-steel weight plates are 15mm (0.6in) thick, 5kg (11lb), with precision fitted self-lubricating nylon bushes. This is to ensure smooth travel on the guide rods which are 20mm (0.8in) in diameter, made from steel, precision centreless ground, polished with corrosion-resistant chrome plating for a smooth operation and rust retardation.
Smooth Operation: Pulse Fitness strength products are renowned for their smoothness of operation. This results from Pulse Fitness' precision-engineered transmission system and weight stack tower assembly, which reduces the coefficient of friction and significantly cuts maintenance costs.
Cable Transmission: Preformed and braided stainless steel aircraft cable, measures 4.8mm (0.2in) diameter, and is rated to over 1678kg (3700lb) load.
Hand Grips: The hand-grips are formed from a slip-resistant, extruded rubber compound that is non-absorbing and wear-and-tear resistant. They are 35mm (1.4in) diameter. Encompassing the hand-grips are the machined and highly durable aluminium end-caps.
Range of Motion: All machines within the range have a full and natural range of motion, which increases flexibility and enhances the muscle's ability to perform.
Graphic Information Panel: The graphic information panel is designed to show an easy-to-follow, simple step-bystep pictorial instructions. These illustrate the machines setup, the correct operating procedure, user start and finish positions and which identify which muscle groups will be trained during the work-out.

A Personal Trainer for everyone: A member only has to swipe their NFC Tag, to summon up their individual training programme. Workout plans can be both created and recalled via PulseMove Professional: users can read sets, reps and weights on screen. 10.1” Cirrus Strength Series also counts rest times.
Virtual Guidance: Not sure about how to set the equipment up? Both usage and instructional videos are available at a touch of a button.
Feedback in real-time: The ROM (Range of Movement) is instantly calculated, the user just has to follow the screen to gain the most effective concentric and eccentric movement workouts.
Track automatically: There is no need for manual paper based tracking. All the trainings meta-data is automatically reported to the users PulseMove account.
Gym Roadmap: The machines console will let you know which machines are still to be completed in the workout. The order is suggested, but users can choose which are available and when to use them.
Results, wherever whenever: The advanced Active Pacer workout gives real time biometric feedback, it provides effective and engaging workouts. Being fully connected, it automatically transfers the completed workout information to the users PulseMove account , allowing a user to monitor their results. Most used / refurbished items will be delivered fully assembled, these items can be large, heavy, and difficult to move without some disassembly or specialist moving equipment. Please consider how you will handle your delivery once it arrives as the courier will be not be able to assist you with getting any items into your property.
As used / refurbished equipment cannot be broken down or boxed, any customer ordering these items that selects the 'Kerbside Courier Delivery (Boxed)' service will be upgraded to the 'Kerbside Courier Delivery (Assembled)' service free of charge.

UK Gym Equipment Ltd. full delivery & installation service, with this service, our highly trained and fully insured engineers will install your order into a designated space. All of the items will be checked once they have been installed to ensure that they are ready to use.
The prices above cover ground floor (including garden / out-buildings) or first floor installation only, we expect to encounter stairs, single doors, steps and other restrictions within this price. However, if you are concerned that an item may not fit into your intended space, if there are any unusual restrictions or hazards that may affect our ability to install the items for you, please get in touch prior to placing your order as this may incur an additional surcharge.
Prior to any installations, you may be required to fill in a site survey document containing all the information relating to the delivery. Photos may also be required of the route the installation team will need to take to install the equipment.
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, UK Gym Equipment Ltd or any couriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles and access to the property. This includes but is not limited to: steps (including those that require climbing to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging / low trees / shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. UK Gym Equipment Ltd will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non / failed / refused delivery of any item where the couriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. If the item is refused / cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all courier charges.

All of the delivery information above relates to England / Wales Mainland and Southern Scotland locations only. We can ship worldwide but if you do require shipping to another destination, please contact the sales team prior to placing an order for a quote. If you are in Scotland and you're not sure if your area is covered, please get in touch prior to placing your order and we'll confirm the availability & cost for you. We try to be as flexible & supportive as possible for Highlands & Islands addresses but unfortunately deliveries to these locations do tend to incur extra costs.
All refurbished items are prepared to order. This process can take up to 10 working days before the item is dispatched using your selected delivery method. You will receive an estimated delivery date within 48 hours of placing your order. If you would like to confirm the delivery date before you order, please can the Sales Team and we'll be happy to confirm the current lead-times.
You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you simply change your mind about the purchase or decided the item was no longer suitable, then you will be responsible for the return postage. The refund will also be less any actual, delivery and/or assembly charges incurred by us, in getting the product delivered to you originally. If you're unsure of how much your refund will be, please ask prior to shipping the item and we'll be happy to confirm the refund balance for you.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. Overall this process is usually much quicker, but if you have any queries regarding a return of your order please contact the sales team and we'll be happy to help.

Some special-order items (e.g. manufactured to order only, custom colours or imported especially for a specific customer) do not qualify for the 28 Day Return option. Should this be the case, you will be advised of this prior to shipment.
Please note that any free of charge items received when purchasing the returned product(s) must also be returned or paid for in full. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from UK Gym Equipment Ltd.
